{830d8cbd-c668-49e2-a969-c2c2106332e0}.loc is a file most commonly associated with the Norton Security anti-virus software.  It runs through the Windows registry, which is a database of process files.  This database helps keep the process files organized, so that the operating system runs smoothly and doesn’t tax memory and processor resources.

Unfortunately, this database sometimes becomes cluttered or corrupt.  This happens because of programs that don’t uninstall properly, viruses that leave directory files behind even after the viruses themselves are cleaned up, and process files that do not self-remove when they become out of date.

A cluttered or damaged registry will cause a computer to run more slowly than normal, and may even cause the computer to crash.  Concerned users can deal with the directory by hand, take their computers to a PC technician, or run registry software.   A free scan is available from ZookaWare PC Cleaner at

I turned on my computer and it said I need to fix this {830d8cbd-c668-49e2-a969-c2c2106332e0}.loc error.
I use Windows Vista and some of the registry cleaners I tried are not compatible with OS.
I found out that RegZooka works great on Vista and I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed because the error is fixed.
    Keep up the good work!
