The file kalidescope.mmt is a component of a theme for Messenger:Mate by Versoworks.  Messenger:Mate is a program that adds features to previous versions of AOL Instant Messenger.  The program is no longer under development, and has been replaced for the newest version of AIM by Ahoihoi.  A problem with this file will disable the theme involved, and could cause other instability problems with Messenger:Mate.  You should clean your registry to solve this issue.
