The file oasdata.bpl is an unknown data library.  Although finding an unknown file on your system does not mean that you have malicious software installed, it is always a good idea to run an antivirus check if you are uncertain what a particular file does.

If the virus scan comes up clean, you should also run an antispyware check.  You can use SpyZooka for this, we offer a free trial scan.  If both checks come up clean, then you might just have a registry error.

The registry is where Windows stores information on the locations and types of files installed on your computer.  When you run a program, the registry tells Windows where to find the files and how to run them.

Sometimes mistakes sneak into the registry, whether due to software that doesn’t update it properly or files being moved on your drive, the result is an error when you try to run programs.  Use ZookaWare PC Cleaner to resolve those errors.  ZookaWare PC Cleaner finds and fixes every mistake in your registry, guaranteed, and gets your programs running.
