AntiToolbar
AntiToolbar is a rogue security program that is a cloned version from the Antispyware 2010 family of Trojans. It will use several methods of invasion but the most common method is through shareware and freeware sites. The nice thing is that it is not as aggressive as some of the other rogue programs out there but it does not make it any more legitimate.
Once this application has been downloaded, it will configure your system to run its own processes. This allows it to run on each Windows startup. However, this application is nothing but junk and all the system scans and security warnings in the world will not change that fact. The data from the system scans will produce results labeling some infected files but also will characterize legitimate files as being contaminated. Spending any amount of money on this junkware will be equivalent to flushing your cash down the toilet.
