No Money with Mycashbag

Adware is a generic term typically describing software whose purpose is to collect demographic and usage information from your computer, usually for advertising purposes. The term is also used to describe software that ‘sneaks’ onto the system or performs other activities hidden to the user. Adware apps are usually bundled as a hidden component in mislabeled “freeware” and shareware applications downloaded from the Internet. A spyware module may be active on your computer at this moment without your knowledge. These modules are almost always installed on the system secretively, suggesting that adware companies know how users feel about such software and figure that the best/only way to ensure its widespread use is to prevent the end-user from discovering it.

While not anything is ever infallible you can learn how to guard yourself from identity theft. Identity theft is the highest growing crime in America today with victims reporting new cases to authorities at a shocking rate. Last year alone, more than 9.9 million Americans were victims of identity theft scams through adware such as Mycashbag and that can be downloaded wherever at all. Those crimes cost them nearly $5 billion. That number of victims and their losses are almost certainly much higher.

Check your credit reports from all three credit bureaus at least once a year to see that everything is accurate. If you find an error, dispute it immediately so you can protect yourself against fraud. Similar names and similar social security numbers often get mixed up, or even worse, someone could have stolen your identity. One more way to stop identity theft is not to carry your Social Security card or whatever thing with your Social Security number on it in your wallet. These types of information are what that most scammers are searching for and they right away try to input adware like Mycashbag inside people’s computers. Keep your social security number confidential because someone could easily steal your identity with your number.
