Rbot!IK
Rbot!IK is a backdoor trojan that allows a hacker to take control of a compromised computer from a remote locations, and use it for malicious purposes. Rbot!IK enables the attacker to gain access to private information such as passwords. The hacker may also change network settings, disable system files and other unwanted activity. Additional malware may be placed on your PC, causing poor performance or system instability.
Rbot!IK should be removed at once when detected. To remove Rbot!IK manually, you must kill all associated running processes. Then you must locate all files and values that are related to Rbot!IK in the Windows registry and other locations. Manual removal is not recommended because of the risk of severe damage to your PC. To remove Rbot!IK automatically, it is suggested that you use a legitimate antispyware application such as Spyzooka, which is designed for this purpose.
