Robobot is a backdoor software program that uses Trojans to allow an attacker to take control of a compromised PC from a remote location. Robobot enables the hacker to use your computer for malicious and fraudulent intentions, and to gain access to your private information. Robobot also allows the attacker to execute commands, change network settings, and disable or modify system files which will affect the performance of your PC. Additional malware may be installed as well.

Once detected, Robobot should be removed promptly. To remove Robobot manually, you must kill all related running processes, then detect all associated files and values in the Windows registry and various other locations so that they may be deleted. Manual removal may damage your computer, and is not advised. To remove Robobot automatically, it is recommended that you use a reputable antispyware tool such as Spyzooka, which is designed for this purpose.
