Ruler.141 is a backdoor trojan or RAT (remote administration tool) that allows a hacker to control a compromised PC from a remote location. It may be used for malicious purposes, such as to access private information. Ruler.141 also enables the attacker to change network settings, modify system files and execute commands. Additional malware may be placed on your computer as well.

Ruler.141 may cause your computer to run slowly or become unstable, and should be removed at once when detected. To remove Ruler.141 manually, you must kill all associated running processes, then locate related files and values in the Windows registry or other locations. Manual removal is not advised due to the risk of damage to your PC. To remove Ruler.141 automatically, you should use a reliable antispyware application such as Spyzooka, which is designed for this purpose.
