SmartDove is a Chinese program that acts as both adware and spyware on your computer.  Basically, it spies on your Web browsing activity and shows pop-up advertisements based on the information it has collected.

But SmartDove won’t just monitor your surfing habits while displaying advertisements.  It will also log your activities and send them to apps.smartdove.com.  Your information will continue to be transmitted for as long as you have the program on your computer.  We recommend a free scan with SpyZooka to determine if any other privacy-violating spyware is present on your computer system.
