From the AdSpy Family: AdSpy.Delf.L

AdSpy.Delf.L is a bundle of malware programs.  The spyware program hides itself as a browser plug in and gathers information about your computer to send you targeted ads.  Microsoft Internet Explorer is the targeted browser, but there may soon be variations geared to attack Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and Google Chrome.  The ads are usually in the form of pop-up advertisements.

It also has “Backdoor” capabilities, and it can be used to hijack your computer.  Backdoor Trojans, also called Remote Access Trojans, are hacker tools that are used to take over computer systems.  They are often used to send out spam mail, identity and data theft, and many other illegal or unethical practices.

There is often a Worm malware attached, which could lead to physical damage to your computer in the destruction of your RAM module.  This can also cause it to infect whole networks, rather than just one computer at a time.  Worms most often spread by way of Instant Messaging programs or Microsoft Outlook.  For this problem, you need an antivirus program.

For the spyware aspects of AdSpy.Delf.L, you definitely need to remove those as well.  You will need a potent antispyware program to remove them.  SpyZooka can consistently remove the AdSpy.Delf.L bug.
