Win32.Plunix
This strange sounding malware program hails from China and was released onto unsuspecting users in October of 2006. The hacker named the program after himself, Plunix. It was first tested on a Windows 2000 in November of 2005 but will infect most Windows operating systems. Categorized as a backdoor Trojan, you may receive strange pop-ups and error messages with this pest and have trouble launching your anti-virus software as these programs usually try to disable them.

Remove at once.
Manual removal is extremely difficult but not impossible. Identify and locate all files, folders, processes and registry values that are associated with this program. Once you have done that, they will need to be removed. Let it be known that it is difficult to find many of these files because they are randomly named.
