AcidShiver
AcidShiver is a backdoor Trojan that allows the hacker to take control of your computer from a remote location, without your knowledge or consent. AcidShiver allows the hacker to gain access to private information such as personal passwords, and to perform other destructive actions which may include making changes to your system settings, disabling system files, and uploading/downloading various files, many of which may be dangerous.
AcidShiver will likely add additional malware to your computer, which results in a slow running PC and numerous pop-up ads. Malware consumes a great deal of your system resources and memory, and can be very destructive to the health of your computer. AcidShiver should be removed immediately once detected. To remove AcidShiver manually, you must kill all running processes, then detect and delete all related files and values. Manual removal is extremely risky, and should be attempted only by those with expertise. To remove AcidShiver automatically, it is advised to use a reliable antispyware application such as Spyzooka for complete removal of all parasites and security threats.
