Agobot
Agobot is a backdoor software program that uses Trojans to infect the system and cause harm, such as changing internet settings. Agobot also gives the attacker control of your PC, which may be used for malicious purposes. Private information may be accessed, and damage to your computer is possible. When Agobot is installed, you may not be able to connect to antiviral servers, making it impossible to change your security settings. Agobot may install additional malware, which will affect your operating system and the performance of your computer. Your PC will often become slow, and possibly crash.
Agobot should be removed once detected. To remove Agobot manually, you must halt all running processes, then locate and delete all related files and values that exist in various locations on your PC. This process is not advised, due to the risk of severe damage to your computer. To remove Agobot automatically, it is recommended that you use a reliable antispyware tool such as Spyzooka, which will remove all parasites and infections.
