CyberSecurity is a rogue security application that uses Trojans, online scanners, and websites that exploit security holes in order to infect a computer. Once it has been installed, it will deliver fake security alerts that warn of infectious threats. When it performs its scan of the infected computer, it makes up infections in order to scare the user into buying the full version of CyberSecurity.

If this rogue has infected your computer, it must be removed at once. In order to remove it manually from your computer, kill the following processes:

Type > Rogue Security Application

Relative file contents > tsc.exe, csc.exe, iehelpmod.dll, winsource.dll, Help.lnk, Registration.lnk, Cyber Security.lnk

Delete these registry entries:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Cyber Security
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “1FD92E3F7C34799BFB075C41DA05D1FE”

Unregister these DLLs:

Delete these files:

Cyber Security.lnk

Finally, delete this directory:

C:\Program Files\CS\
