DialerPlatform
DialerPlatform is a dialer that uses a compromised modem to call high-cost toll and international numbers in order to connect to pornographic websites. If DialerPlatform is successful, these charges will be applied to your telephone bill. DialerPlatform may be installed purposely and with consent, or may install without your permission when a questionable website is visited.
DialerPlatform is also capable of placing malware on your PC, which puts your computer and personal information at risk. Malware often compromises your computer, and affects system files that are necessary for proper performance. You may experience a slow-running computer, pop-up ads, browser redirection and other symptoms.
Manual removal of DialerPlatform is possible by detecting and deleting all related files and values in the Windows registry, but is not advised because of the possibility of severe damage to your PC if not done correctly. To remove DialerPlatform and all other parasites automatically, a reputable antispyware tool such as Spyzooka is recommended.
