EZ-Tracks Adware Profile

EZ-Tracks is an Adware program first discovered on October 25 in 2005.  It is typically installed manually or as part of a bundle of ad supported freeware.  It may also be bundled with other adware or spyware.  Its country of origin is possibly the Russian Federation or the United Kingdom.  It is disguised as a browser enhancing toolbar.

What EZ-Tracks really does is hijack your browser.  When it is first installed, it tries to establish contact with toolsbar.kuaiso.com and begins to download the list of sites that it will redirect your browser to.  It then resets your home page.

Any benefit that EZ-Tracks may have for the user is far outweighed by the problems it causes.  It can slow down operating speed, cause your browser to crash, and the browser redirections can be incredibly frustrating.

You should immediately remove EZ-Tracks if you find out that you’re infected.  It can seriously take away from your browsing experience.  Some of the advertisements may also be inappropriate for work or family viewing.  While it is possible to remove it by manual techniques, they should only be performed by a computer technician.  The process is complex, and it can be hazardous to your computer if you delete the wrong file.

Instead, you should remove EZ-Tracks with a spyware removal tool.  We highly recommend using ZookaWare PC Cleaner.

My computer was infected with EZ-Tracks when I’ve downloaded some music from a site. In the next second, my antivirus alerted me about the presence of EZ-Tracks. I tried to delete it, but it was impossible. My antivirus gave me no help, so I had to search for a new one. Blue Penguin is the best ever. It’s program, SpyZooka, removed it right away and also repaired all the issues that my antivirus didn’t found. Thanks!
