MicrosoftAntiSpywareHelper Doesn’t Help—So Remove It!

“Microsoft AntiSpyware Helper is not actually a Microsoft product.  It is an especially insidious piece of spyware because a) It looks like an official Microsoft product and b) it is especially hard to remove from your system.

MicrosoftAntiSpywareHelper will often save its executable file in the system32 folder.  Because of the name and nature of this program, it can be difficult to know what files belong to it and what files should remain on your computer.
