This is both a backdoor and remote administration tool. Backdoor Trojans exploit a security flaw and create a way into infected computers without user consent. Remote administration tools (RAT) give complete access to infected computers from a remote location.
RATs come in two classifications: authorized and unauthorized. The NetControle Trojan falls under the unauthorized category. It will give an unauthorized user access to all your information including private data, passwords, files and more.
