RA-based is a backdoor program or RAT (remote administration tool) that allows the attacker to take control of a compromised computer from a remote location. RA-based enables the hacker to access private information and use your PC for fraudulent and malicious intentions. The hacker may also change network settings, and disable or delete important system files that are necessary for proper functioning of your computer.
RA-based should be removed immediately when detected. To remove RA-based manually, you must kill all associated running processes, then detect and delete all related files and values in the Windows registry and various other locations. Manual removal is not advised due to the risk of severe damage to your PC. To remove RA-based automatically, it is recommended that you use a reliable antispyware tool such as Spyzooka, which is designed for this purpose.
