RemoteStorm
RemoteStorm is a RAT (Remote administration tool) that allows a hacker to take control of a computer from a remote location and use it for malicious purposes. RemoteStorm enables the attacker to change network settings, disable or modify system files, and gain access to private information. RemoteStorm may also allow additional malware to be placed on your PC, which often causes slow performance. Your computer may become unstable, or even crash.
It is advised that you remove RemoteStorm immediately once detected. To remove RemoteStorm manually, you must kill all associated running processes, then detect related files and values in the Windows registry and various other locations so that they may be deleted. Manual removal may cause damage to your PC and is not advised. To remove RemoteStorm automatically, it is suggested that you use a legitimate antispyware tool such as Spyzooka, which is intended for this purpose.

SpyZooka is excellent! It took care of RemoteStorm quickly and decisively. It was also able to detect malware that my old antivirus couldn’t take out or find!
