Removal Instructions for WinXDefender

Like most rogue security applications, WinXDefender will often try to secretly infect computers through a Trojan horse, though manual download is possible. But no matter how this rogue infects a computer, it will always hinder the computer’s performance and then blame other infections for its actions. It will deliver false security alerts and run phony system scans with false results. It will then tell the user of the infected computer that they must purchase the full version of WinXDefender in order to have the infections removed.

Though this program may appear to be from Windows, it isn’t. It is merely a scam that has tried to play off of the Windows Defender name for profit. If this rogue has infected your computer then you need to have it removed immediately. If you don’t remove it, your computer could become infected with other malware.

WinXDefender came by itself on my computer and I couldn’t get rid of it. I didn’t wanted to mess with it manually because I don’t know that much about computers and I didn’t wanted to mess anything up. That’s why I’ve downloaded SpyZooka’s removal tool and now everything is just fine.

There was this program on my computer called WinXDefender and it was telling me that my computer was seriously infected with dangerous software. It told me that I needed to pay to register the program in order to have the threats removed, and I was dumb enough to believe it because I thought it was from Windows. Anyway, after I paid for it, my computer seemed to just get worse and a friend told me that it wasn’t from Windows. That’s when I tried to remove it, but I couldn’t get rid of it. My friend told me about the blog, I came here and the virus was removed.
I have to thank you for the help.
