Rukap is a backdoor trojan that allows an attacker to control a compromised computer from a remote location and use if for malicious or fraudulent intents. Rukap enables the hacker to execute commands, change your network settings, modify system files, and access private information. Additional malware may be installed as well, making your PC run slowly or become unstable.

Rukap is dangerous and should be removed promptly once detected. To remove Rukap manually, you must kill all associated running processes, then detect related files and values in the Windows registry so that they can be removed. Manual removal may damage your PC and is not recommended. To remove Rukap automatically, it is suggested that you use a legitimate antispyware program such as Spyzooka, which is designed for this purpose.
