Sedepex is a backdoor trojan that gives control of a compromised PC to the attacker, allowing him to use it for malicious intentions. Sedepex enables the attacker to access private information, execute commands, change network settings and modify system files. Sedepex may also be responsible for the installation of additional malware on your computer, which may cause your PC to become slow or unstable.

Sedepex should be removed once detected. To remove Sedepex manually, you must kill all associated running processes, then locate related values in the Windows registry so that you can remove them. Manual removal may result in damage to your PC and is not advised. To remove Sedepex automatically, it is suggested you use a reputable spyware removal application such as Spyzooka, which is intended for this purpose.
