SpyGuarder 2.2 – Lots Of Spy But No Guard

SpyGuarder 2.2 is a phony antispyware application that promises to rid your computer from all the nasty viruses and spyware that it has “found” on it. All of a sudden one day you’re presented with results of a “scan” and guess what? You have loads of problems! The only thing true about their claim is that there are now security problems on your computer, and SpyGuarder 2.2 is a major part of it!

SpyGuarder 2.2 self-installs without your knowledge or permission, and quickly returns a lengthy list of “security threats” that you need to make sure and deal with ASAP, or else your computer and all your personal information could be exposed to thieves. This is indeed the case, but the risk is from SpyGuarder 2.2, and not any of the items on this fake list it has “found”.

If you find that you’ve been taken in by this con, and you go ahead and download their “solution”,  a whole slew of other spyware, adware and fraudware will suddenly appear on the scene, a great many of which will be a lot more harmful than SpyGuarder 2.2! Many of SpyGuarder 2.2’s newfound allies will dig into your personal info, handing over bank account information, credit card numbers, and more, to many of the wrong hands.

Since it by now is abundantly clear that you have a problem and that you need to take care of it, don’t make the mistake of attempting to do it yourself. That will get you nowhere fast! Most of these spyware applications are very adept at hiding copies of themselves deep in the bowels of your system,  and quite often have the ability to rebuild themselves even if you managed to delete a lot of its files. It’s very likely SpyGuarder 2.2 will persist despite your efforts.

A much better idea is to use a good (and legitimate!) antispyware software solution like ZookaWare PC Cleaner. It comes with a 100% spyware removal guarantee, and will have you back up and running in no time!
