Total Security 2009 is a rogue security program that advertises aggressively toward the user, warning of infections and threats that exist.  Total Security 2009 is a scam that claims to detect and remove malware and other parasites, although it is incapable of doing so.  Security alerts are displayed in an effort to frighten the user so that they will purchase the product to remove the threats.  Do not spend your money.  Total Security 2009 is malware, and may track you online interests.  It may also access private information and transmit it to third parties.
