Win32.BrainSpy is a backdoor Trojan.  Like its name, it will enter your system under the pretense of being something that it is not but with the full intention to cause harm.  Once this pest has gained entry into your PC, it will work to open a port allowing additional malware to enter.  Your PC will no longer function as it once did.

Manual Removal:
If you would like to remove Win32.BrainSpy manually, then you will have to stop the brainspy.exe processes.  Then you will need to detect and remove the following registry entries: Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices\BRAINSPY.exe
