Russian originated, VirusSweeper2009, is a rogue anti-spyware program.  There is entirely nothing genuine about this software.  It is a variation of another fake program called Virus Doctor and uses the same method of infiltration – Trojan files.  Once it has made its way in, it will embed itself into your Windows registries and then configure its files in such a way that allow it to run each time you run Windows.
A barrage of phony alerts, alarming notifications and fake scans are just a few of the nuisances that accompany this parasite.   It will display a fake version of the Window Security Center, which will tell you that you have been infected with malware.  Do not trust this.  Authentic versions of anti-spyware programs do not market themselves in this manner.  The only purpose of this fakeware is to bamboozle users out of their hard-earned money.  Do not be one of the victims of this online scam.  Take action and remove this program as soon as possible.

Manual Removal Instructions:
To manually remove VirusSweeper2009 from your computer, you must use caution.  Manual removal is neither simple nor fast.  However, if you feel comfortable with the process then proceed with the following:
First, block the following sites:
vm-onlinescan.net
virussweeper-scanvirus.net
virusalarm-scanvirus.net
virusalarm-scanvirus.com
Delete the following processes thoroughly:
VSweep.exe
VDo[RANDOM].exe
unins000.exe
VirusSweeper.exe

Then, disable these VirusSweeper2009 dlls:

mozcrt19.dll
sqlite3.dll

Next, you must delete the following registry values:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Virus Sweeper
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\VSweep.DocHostUIHandler
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run “Virus Sweeper”

Finally, be sure to remove each of the following files:
