Win32.DarkFtp is a backdoor Trojan program that is part of a malware group.  It was first seen in 2005 and its file names that it hides in your registries are random.  It can enter secretly usually in an unsolicited e-mail or by downloading free software or shareware.  Once inside, its backdoor component will make it possible to have additional intruders enter your system.
